I left UNCP Thursday, December, 2009, at around 7:30 in the evening. Mom was originally going to pick me up 9:30 that morning, but she couldn't leave work because the computers were down. So I spent that day listening to music, lunching with Kristen, blipping, and chatting on instant messenger. At some point, Mom phones me, saying that she would pick me up Friday morning. I was cool with that...
Well, she had to pick me up that night because she realized--at the last minute--that the computers would be down again. I wonder what will happen to the frozen sausage I've forgotten to take out of the refrigerator, since UNCP will have the power turned off? Maybe I'll have to pay for the spoiled sausage. I guess that's what I get for rushing.
For the most part, I was bored; I did visit Diane, Mom's first cousin. I, of course, went to eat at Ruby Tuesday. I've even gone to the mall this past Friday. This time, two of my cousins rode with us; we went Christmas shopping. Our first stop was J. C. Penny. Mom bought some clothes; then we went to Bath and Body Works; Mom bought tons of lotion, and someone blessed her with a gift card. Then we went to Game Stock, so one of my cousins and brother could get some games. We went to one of the shoe stores, and I got some Baby Fat boots.
We had dinner at Chick Fil-A; we arrived there a little before it was about to close, but we still got to sit down and eat. What's more, it wasn't even crowded. I ate a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and drank lemonade.
When I'm bored--which happens to be practically all the time--I watch tv, lots of it. Lately, I've been watching the controversies and myths of the Holy Bible. What I've seen seems very entry to me; my mom says she doesn't like to view programs of that nature because she believes the word. I do as well, but I am also interested in how other people view it.
I'm getting a new cane tomorrow! Woot woot! lol I'm also going to get a holster to match. I love my portable car; it's environmentally friendly, and it requires no gas! Awesomeness! What's more important is that I never get pulled over for speeding.
